【摘要】：
    目的：总结分析124例因多囊肾发病患者肾区外敷中药渗透治疗结果，观察采用活血化淤，祛风通络，解毒散结，除腐生新的方法治疗效果。方法：将部分中药粉碎微细化处理，将部分中药液化处理，混合后加醋外敷在肾区皮肤上，用药物导入仪肾区靶点式导入人体。结果：治疗3周后腰痛好转100%，血尿完全消失79%，尿蛋白减少好转59%，BUN下降20%，CRE下降22%，24小时蛋白尿下降46%，BP下降，高压15%、低压8%，尿量增加40%，肾脏缩小L9%、R8.3%。结论：中药肾区皮肤渗透治疗各项指标明显好转，是控制多囊肾病发展的有效办法。

【Abstract】:
Objectives: summary and analysis 124 examples treatment of kidney area’s outside apply and filter ’s  polycystic kidney’s patient, use new method ---promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians, detoxicating and resolving a mass, eliminating slough and promoting new system. Observe the result of treatment. Method: Part of Traditional Chinese medicine crush and refine , Part of Traditional Chinese medicine fluidify, add vinegar and outside apply on skin of kidney area, use medicine leading-in instrument’s target model enter human body’s kidney area. Result：After three weeks treatment, efficiency of lumbago 100%,hematuria completeness disappears 79%,efficiency of decrease urine protein 59%,BUN comes down 20%, Scr comes down 33% ,24 hours of albuminuria comes down 46% BP comes down , high pressure 15%, low pressure 8%,Urine amounts increase 40%, The kidney reduces L 9%, R 8.3%.Conclusion：After treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine kidney area’s outside apply and filter ,the various index takes a turn for the better obviously. It is effective way to control polycystic kidney’s development.
